Building on this year’s transformative weekend, Reconnect & Rejuvenate invites you to dive into the alchemy of movement, music, culture, and health and wellness. Join us for a transformative and intimate dance experience with legendary instructor Tamalyn Dallal. Designed for a small group of 8 dedicated students, this Deep Dive Dance Intensive offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself fully in dance, reconnect with Tamalyn, and deepen your practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. The program honors body wisdom, sustains practice, and leaves you renewed, grounded, and inspired. Over four days, you’ll participate in 6 hours of daily sessions—5 hours of vibrant dance practice and 1 hour of insightful lectures and engaging discussions. This focused environment ensures personalized attention and meaningful growth, whether you’re a seasoned dancer or an eager beginner.
